KEY INVESTMENT PERSONNEL

John Cleary  - Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director
Mr Cleary left Standard Asset Management as CIO in September 2006 to head Focus Capital. At Standard Mr Cleary was the fund manager for two American Express funds. Prior to joining Standard, Mr Cleary was the Head of Emerging Market Debt and Global High Income at Invesco Asset Management, where over a period of more than 5 years he re-established and built up the company's capabilities in these strategies.  Prior to Invesco, Mr Cleary has worked at West Merchant Bank, Fisher Francis Trees & Watts, and SG Warburg.  He has over 20 years experience in the industry, managing Total Return and Benchmark style portfolios in emerging market and global high income portfolios.  He holds a BSc Management degree (International Business and Development Economics) from London School of Economics and has completed an Investment Management Programme at London Business School.

Elena Villalba - Director of Investments
Ms Villalba left American Express Funds Spain as Head of Business Development in June 2006 to join Focus Capital. Prior to joining American Express, Ms Villalba was Head of Portfolio Management at Credit Suisse Private Bank in Madrid for 3 years and prior to that was Head of Portfolio Management at Banco Espirito Santo, Madrid. All of these roles required comprehensive market understanding, fund analysis and product positioning. Prior to this she has worked at Merrill Lynch and John Hancock Funds in Boston, USA. Ms Villalba holds a degree in Finance and Economics from Bentley College, Waltham USA, a Masters degree in Asset Management (Madrid) and she completed an Investment Management Programme at Harvard Business School, Cambridge USA.

Dallas McGillivray is Joint Managing Director and Joint Founder of FM Consult and heads the team working with Focus Capital. Dallas McGillivray, was the Global Head of Compliance and Operational Risk at Invesco, for all business outside the Americas. Dallas is an experienced international regulatory and business manager with over 17 years experience in global regulatory issues, covering both retail and institutional. He is a Chartered Accountant, Member of Institute of Directors and a Member of Securities and Investment Institute.
